VISION:

1. Leadership: Accelerate students, leadership competencies through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience in collaborative projects.

To become a student association of Primary School Teacher Education that supports the development of potential and talents in an innovative way, equipping students to become excellent, adaptive, and service-oriented Christian teachers.



MISSION:
1. Develop the academic and non-academic potential of PGSD students through innovative workshops, seminars, and competitions that are relevant to student needs.
2. Serve as an innovative self-development platform for PGSD students through community service activities, discussion forums, and alumni sharing sessions, to prepare students to become adaptive teachers ready to face challenges in education and service.
3. Bridge connections between students and education practitioners through real collaborations to broaden insights, build relationships, and strengthen their identity as innovative and progressive educators.

1. Carry out objective, transparent, and accountable oversight functions over all activities of the FTI-FTSP Student Organizations.

2. Actively and openly accommodate and convey the aspirations of FTI-FTSP students through constructive two-way communication.

3. Promote strategic collaboration between BPMF, Student Organizations, and the FTI-FTSP Faculties to create a supportive and impactful student environment.

4. Enhance the presence of BPMF through communication media, active involvement in student activities, and building open and communicative relationships with students.

Maintain good communication with Study Programs and the Faculty to ensure that the aspirations and needs of FTI-FTSP UK Petra students are properly met.
Carry out bureaucratic processes fairly and provide support according to the conditions and needs of the FTI-FTSP Student Organizations.

1. Listen to and respond to the aspirations of SBM faculty students.
2. Encourage students to be innovative, creative, and adaptive through faculty programs.
3. Build collaboration and become a partner to HIMA.

To become a representative body of the School of Business and Management students that is responsive and solution-oriented to student aspirations, and to foster a transparent and collaborative environment in building a progressive, innovative, and inclusive faculty.
